Prepare all necessary documents:

*W-9
*Operating Authority Document
*Certificate of Insurance (with us listed as certificate holder)
*Notice of Assignment (if you work with a factoring company)

Step 4

These documents will be sent to you...

*Sign Dispatch/Carrier agreement (it is needed for us to have the rights to represent your company on your behalf)

*Complete Carrier Profile Sheet

*Complete credit card authorization form (this form is needed for dispatch service fee to be drafted every week)

Step 5
